Our client a fast food restaurant chains in Saudi Arabia is searching Indonesian for branch manager position.
Branch Manager job descriptions:
1. Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards
2. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and operational excellence
3 Monitor and manage key performance metrics including customer satisfaction, sales targets, and team productivity
4. Implement training programmes to elevate team performance and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and regulatory standards at all times.
6. Manage relationships with suppliers and support stock ordering, inventory control, and waste reduction and daily close.
7. Use operational systems (POS, delivery platforms) to ensure efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Experience
* Should be graduate or diploma holder and Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management, ideally within premium or upscale casual dining
* Proven track record of team leadership, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
* Strong operational knowledge including staff scheduling, and quality assurance.
* Hands-on, service-driven personality with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills and age should be more than 30 years.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
